These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written information provided to you before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with TURY TURIZM LTD. STI.

Please read these conditions carefully, as they outline our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions, references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf the booking is made, or any person added to or transferred under the booking.
By making a booking, the first named person (“Lead Name”) confirms that they have the authority to act on behalf of all travelers listed in the booking and agrees to the following on behalf of everyone:
1-a. TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. requires a deposit payment for all bookings made through www.hotairballoongoreme.com at the time of reservation. Deposit payments are accepted only in EURO and processed via our mail order payment system.
1-b. The required deposit amount may vary depending on the specific tour or activity and typically ranges from 15% to 100% of the total booking cost.
1-c. Payments are exclusively accepted through credit card via https://hotairballoongoreme.com. Any payments made through alternative methods will not be accepted.
1-d. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the same day as the scheduled tour or activity. If the balance payment is made by credit card, an additional 10% fee will be applied to the outstanding payment amount.
2-a. An instant confirmation will be sent to the client’s e-mail address immediately after the deposit amount payment is received.
3-a. TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. accepts cancellation requests through email (info@hotairballoongoreme.com) or via WhatsApp (+905462712181). Cancellation requests made in any other way will not be accepted.
3-b. Clients who wish to cancel one or more of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, will be subject to the following terms and fees.
4-a. Cancellations at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled flight date: Full refund of the tour cost will be provided. Any bank transaction fees or commission charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4-b. Cancellations within 2 days (48 hours) or less: No refund will be provided. The client acknowledges and confirms the obligation to pay the remaining balance in cash or by credit card (with a 10% additional fee).
4-c. Flight duration variations: The client agrees that in case of a shorter flight duration due to weather conditions, no refund will be requested; and in case of a longer flight, no extra charges will be applied.
4-d. Cancellations due to adverse weather: A full refund will be issued or the flight may be rescheduled to the following day (subject to availability).
4-e. Cancellations due to force majeure: If the flight is canceled due to operational or safety reasons beyond our control, and no alternative at the same price is available, a full refund will be provided (bank or commission charges may apply).
4-f. Date changes: Clients may request a change of date at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the flight. Requests made later will not be accepted. No-shows will result in full payment of the remaining balance plus 10% fee if paid by credit card.
4-g. Price changes: Balloon flight prices may change due to weather conditions, operational limitations, or high demand.
If partner operators revise prices:
The client may accept the revised rate and pay the difference, or
Cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid.
4-h. TURY TURIZM LTD. STI. acts as an intermediary and cannot guarantee fixed rates in case of operator-imposed changes. Any bank transaction fees or commission charges may be deducted from refunds.
5-a. Clients may cancel their contract at any time. The cancellation takes effect upon receipt of a written request by the agent or, for direct bookings, from the client.
5-b. Cancellations 30 days or more before the tour: A refund of the total tour cost minus 10% will be issued. The client is responsible for covering any cancellation costs related to flights, bus tickets, or accommodation.
5-c. Cancellations within 29 days or less: No refund will be provided. The client must pay the remaining balance in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee on the outstanding amount).
6-a. Cancellations at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour: A refund of the total cost minus 10% will be issued. The client is responsible for any cancellation costs related to flights or bus tickets.
6-b. Cancellations within 2 days or less: No refund will be provided. The client must pay the remaining balance in cash or by credit card (with an additional 10% fee on the outstanding amount).
7-a. Cancellations at least 2 days (48 hours) before the transfer: Full refund of the total cost.
