As the sun rises over the valleys, dozens of hot air balloons fill the sky, creating one of the most iconic scenes in the world. With fewer passengers in the shared basket, you will enjoy more personal space, better visibility for photography, and a more intimate experience throughout the entire flight.
The Comfort Flight experience includes approximately 60 minutes in the air with a maximum of 20 passengers in the basket. From above, you can take in Göreme’s famous fairy chimneys, sweeping valleys, ancient cave dwellings, and volcanic rock formations that define the unique Cappadocia landscape.
What to Expect
Flight Preparations
A light breakfast is served while you watch the crew prepare and inflate the balloon. Seeing the balloon gradually take shape is an enjoyable part of the morning. The pilot then gives a short safety briefing and explains the landing position before take-off.
Sunrise Flight
As the balloon rises with the sunrise, guests are treated to sweeping views of Cappadocia’s iconic landscape: the fairy chimneys, volcanic valleys, and cave dwellings carved into the terrain over thousands of years. Depending on the day’s conditions, the balloon may drift gently past the rock formations at close range, offering a rare, elevated perspective of one of Turkey’s most breathtaking regions.
Landing Celebration and Hotel Return
After landing, enjoy a traditional champagne toast and receive a commemorative flight certificate. You will then be transferred back to your hotel with lasting memories of your morning above Cappadocia.

Booking and Payment
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Weather
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the flight date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight, the full booking cost will apply.
- If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided, or the flight can be rescheduled for the next day, subject to availability.
Hotel Transfers
- Pick-up and drop-off are included from centrally located hotels and accommodation addresses in Cappadocia.
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the flight.
Passenger Requirements
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted to participate.
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.

I have no fault of this experience from pick up to drop off it was professionally and enjoyably... done. The staff were fun and friendly. The pilot was talented and added some fun aspects shadows on rock faces, commentary etc. It can be a bit daunting to spend this much on an experience but this is one of those that are really worth it. A once in a lifetime experience. Its also the one that friends at home are most interested in.read more
