Your package can include round-trip domestic flights from Istanbul, airport transfers, accommodation, meals, museum and attraction entrance tickets, private transportation and a professional guide in your preferred language. Hotel category, room type, travel dates and the number of nights can all be adjusted according to your requirements.
The places visited during the guided tour will be selected according to your interests and confirmed itinerary. You may explore fairy chimneys, panoramic valleys, underground cities, rock-cut churches, traditional villages, local workshops and Cappadocia’s most important historical landmarks. Optional experiences such as a sunrise hot air balloon flight, sunset activities, a Whirling Dervishes Ceremony or a Turkish Night Show can also be added upon request.

Important Notes
Personalized Itinerary
- This is a fully customizable private tour. The number of days, nights, guided touring hours and places visited will be arranged according to your preferences, travel dates and available time.
- The final route may be adjusted according to attraction opening days, local conditions and travel logistics.
Booking and Payment
- A 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival in Cappadocia in EUR, TRY or USD.
- A 10% surcharge applies if the remaining balance is paid by card.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund after confirmed and documented non-refundable airline, hotel or supplier charges have been deducted.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date, date changes and no-shows are non-refundable. The full booking amount remains payable.
Flights and Airport Information
- Domestic flights may depart from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport and arrive at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport.
- The most suitable flights, airports, baggage allowance and meeting details will be confirmed with the personalized proposal.
- Airline schedule changes are outside the tour operator’s control and may require itinerary adjustments.
Accommodation
- The number of nights and hotel category can be customized. Cave hotels, boutique hotels and other accommodation options are subject to availability.
- Room type and bedding requests must be confirmed before booking.
Preferred Guide Language
- Professional guiding can be arranged in the preferred language, subject to guide availability on the selected dates.
Meals and Dietary Requirements
- Meals included in the package will be listed in the confirmed itinerary. Dietary requirements and food allergies must be shared before booking.
Optional Activities
- Hot air balloon flights, sunset tours, ATV tours, horse riding, vintage car tours, Whirling Dervishes ceremonies and Turkish Night Shows are included only when stated in the confirmed proposal.
Travel Documents
- Each passenger must carry a valid passport or accepted identification document. Passenger names must match the travel documents used for domestic flights.
Final Confirmation
- The final itinerary, flights, accommodation, included services, total price and cancellation conditions will be provided for approval before payment.
