What to Expect
Private Pre-flight Experience
Enjoy a light breakfast while watching the balloon being inflated and prepared. Your group will then receive a private safety briefing from the pilot before boarding.
A Balloon Reserved for Your Group
The entire balloon basket is reserved exclusively for your party, with configurations available for groups of 2 to 28 people. You will not share the basket with passengers outside your group.
Sunrise Flight over Cappadocia
Enjoy approximately 60 minutes in the air with uninterrupted views of Cappadocia’s valleys, fairy chimneys and rock formations. The exact route, altitude and landing location are determined by the wind.
Private Landing Celebration
After landing, your group can celebrate the experience together with a traditional champagne toast and commemorative flight certificates.
Private Return Transfer
Following the landing celebration, your private vehicle will take your group back to the hotel.

Important Notes
Booking and Payment
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is required to be paid in cash on the day of the flight in EUR, TRY or USD.
- Credit card payments include a 10% surcharge on the remaining balance.
- Private flight prices vary depending on the number of passengers and the travel period.
- Private flight reservations are subject to balloon availability and group size.
Group Size and Balloon Configuration
- The balloon is reserved exclusively for your group.
- Private configurations are available for groups of 2 to 28 passengers.
- The balloon and basket size will be selected according to the confirmed number of passengers.
- Changes to the group size must be requested in advance and may affect availability or price.
Cancellation and Weather
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the flight date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight, the full booking cost will apply.
- If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided, or the flight can be rescheduled for the next day, subject to availability.
Private Pick-up and Drop-off
- Private pick-up and drop-off are included from centrally located hotels and accommodation addresses in Cappadocia.
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the day before the flight.
- All guests are kindly requested to be ready at the confirmed pick-up time.
Passenger Requirements
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted to participate.
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.
- All passengers must be able to climb into the basket, remain standing during the flight and follow the pilot’s landing instructions.

I have no fault of this experience from pick up to drop off it was professionally and enjoyably... done. The staff were fun and friendly. The pilot was talented and added some fun aspects shadows on rock faces, commentary etc. It can be a bit daunting to spend this much on an experience but this is one of those that are really worth it.
