Deluxe Balloon Flight
The Deluxe Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Flight is a premium, extended sunrise flight operating in the scenic Göreme flight area. This tour offers approximately 90 minutes in the air with a maximum of 20 passengers in the basket. The main difference from a standard tour is the significantly longer flight time, giving you more opportunity to enjoy the entire aviation experience from take-off through to landing.
As your hot air balloon moves naturally with the morning wind, the pilot adjusts the altitude to follow suitable air currents. From the comfort of the uncrowded basket, you can watch the deep valleys emerge from the morning shadow, see the intricate details of Cappadocia’s rock formations and cave dwellings, and take in wider panoramic views as the sun rises over the region.
Because the flight path and landing point vary each day according to weather conditions, every journey is completely unique. Wherever the wind leads your pilot, the extended duration ensures you have plenty of time to observe the majestic landscape, take spectacular photographs, and truly enjoy your sunrise balloon flight without ever feeling rushed.
What to Expect
Breakfast and Flight Preparation
A light breakfast is served while the ground crew prepares and inflates the balloon. The pilot will also explain the safety procedures and correct landing position before the flight begins.
Extended Sunrise Flight
The balloon takes off at sunrise for an approximately 90-minute flight. As the morning develops, you will see Cappadocia from a variety of perspectives, from the valleys and rock formations below to wider views across the region.
Landing Celebration and Hotel Return
After landing, enjoy a traditional champagne toast and receive a commemorative flight certificate. You will then be transferred back to your hotel.

Booking and Payment
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance can also be paid by credit card, subject to a 10% surcharge on the outstanding amount.
Cancellation and Weather
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the flight date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight, the full booking cost will apply.
- If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided, or the flight can be rescheduled for the next day, subject to availability.
Hotel Transfers
- Pick-up and drop-off are included from centrally located hotels and accommodation addresses in Cappadocia.
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the flight.
Passenger Requirements
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted to participate.
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.

I have no fault of this experience from pick up to drop off it was professionally and enjoyably... done. The staff were fun and friendly. The pilot was talented and added some fun aspects shadows on rock faces, commentary etc. It can be a bit daunting to spend this much on an experience but this is one of those that are really worth it. A once in a lifetime experience. Its also the one that friends at home are most interested in.read more
