What to Expect
Safety Briefing and Equipment
Receive your helmet and a clear safety briefing before departure. You will be shown how to operate the ATV and have time to become familiar with the controls before the ride begins.
Follow the Balloons’ Daily Route
Set off as the balloons begin to rise. The route follows the general direction of that morning’s balloon flight, taking you through Cappadocia’s valleys and open landscapes as the sky fills with balloons.
Sunrise Views and Photo Stops
Pause at suitable points along the route to take photographs and enjoy the sunrise scenery. The exact stops depend on the balloons’ daily direction, ground access and conditions during the ride.
Return Ride and Hotel Drop-Off
After approximately two hours, return to the ATV base and continue with your transfer back to the hotel.

- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or no-shows, are charged the full booking amount.
- The tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Your exact pickup time is confirmed the day before the ride.
- No previous ATV experience or international driving licence is required.
- This tour is not suitable for pregnant travellers or guests with serious back problems.

Does the Tour Follow a Fixed Valley Route?
No. This tour follows the general direction of the balloons’ flight on that particular morning. The route changes daily according to wind conditions, balloon movement and accessible tracks.
Will We Ride Directly Under the Hot Air Balloons?
The aim is to follow the balloons from the ground and enjoy their movement across the landscape. However, their exact flight path, altitude and distance from the ATV route cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
What Happens If Hot Air Balloon Flights Do Not Operate?
The balloon-following element depends on balloons operating that morning. If balloon flights are not operating, balloons will not be part of the experience. The ATV tour itself remains subject to suitable weather and operating conditions.
Is a Hot Air Balloon Flight Included in This Tour?
No. This is a ground-based ATV experience designed to follow and view the balloons. A hot air balloon flight is a separate activity.
What Should I Wear for a Sunrise ATV Tour?
Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting dusty, along with closed shoes. Early mornings can be cool, so a jacket or extra layer is recommended.
Can I Take Photos During the Tour?
Yes. The tour includes stops where you can take photographs of the balloons, valleys and sunrise landscape. Secure your phone or camera while riding.

I have no fault of this experience from pick up to drop off it was professionally and enjoyably... done. The staff were fun and friendly. The pilot was talented and added some fun aspects shadows on rock faces, commentary etc. It can be a bit daunting to spend this much on an experience but this is one of those that are really worth it.
