What to Expect
Arrival in Cappadocia and Hotel Transfer
Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your cave hotel in Cappadocia.
Free Time in Cappadocia
The rest of the day is free to relax at your hotel or explore Cappadocia independently.
Optional Sunset and Evening Experiences
Optional sunset activities such as an ATV tour, horse riding, camel safari or vintage car tour can be arranged. In the evening, you may also choose to attend a Whirling Dervishes Ceremony or a Turkish Night Show with dinner.

DAY 2: Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight and North Cappadocia Tour
Begin the morning with an optional sunrise hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia’s valleys and fairy chimneys. After the balloon experience, return to your hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at approximately 9:30 AM to begin your professionally guided North Cappadocia tour.

Love Valley Panorama

Lunch

Important Notes
Booking and Payment
- A 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival in Cappadocia in EUR, TRY or USD.
- A 10% surcharge applies if the remaining balance is paid by card.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund after any confirmed and documented non-refundable airline, hotel or supplier charges have been deducted.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date, date changes and no-shows are non-refundable. The full booking amount remains payable.
Flight Information
- The tour begins at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport and ends at one of these airports on the third evening.
- Flight schedules, airlines, departure and arrival airports, baggage allowance and meeting details will be confirmed with your booking information.
- Flight times are subject to airline schedules and availability.
Accommodation
- The package includes two nights in a standard cave room with breakfast.
- Accommodation is provided in a standard cave room for double, triple or quadruple occupancy.
- Single travellers should contact us before booking to confirm the accommodation arrangements and applicable price.
- The confirmed hotel and room arrangement will be provided with your booking details.
Seasonal Pricing
- Airline tickets, hotel rooms and other travel services may cost more during public holidays, religious holidays and high-demand periods.
- The final package price is confirmed according to availability and supplier rates on the booking date.
Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight
- The hot air balloon flight is optional and is not included in the standard tour price.
- Balloon prices vary according to the travel date and availability.
- Flights operate around sunrise on the second morning and are subject to weather conditions, Civil Aviation approval and operator availability.
- If the balloon flight is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, the amount paid for the balloon flight will be refunded. The rest of the tour will continue as scheduled.

- The tour involves walking, stairs and uneven surfaces at archaeological and natural sites.
- Comfortable clothing and supportive walking shoes are recommended.

Can I request a specific Istanbul departure airport?
You may request departure from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport before booking. Requests will be considered, but the final airport depends on flight availability and the tour schedule.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated at lunch?
Vegetarian meals can usually be arranged. Please provide any dietary requirements or food allergies when booking so the restaurants can be informed in advance.
Can children join this tour?
Yes, children can join the tour. The applicable price depends on the child’s age, airline fare, hotel policy and entrance-ticket requirements. Please provide each child’s age before booking.
Can I extend my stay in Cappadocia?
Yes. Additional nights and a later return flight can be arranged upon request. Please contact us before booking so the itinerary and package price can be adjusted.
What travel documents are required for the domestic flights?
Each passenger must carry a valid passport or accepted identification document. The passenger name provided during booking must match the name shown on the travel document.

I have no fault of this experience from pick up to drop off it was professionally and enjoyably... done. The staff were fun and friendly. The pilot was talented and added some fun aspects shadows on rock faces, commentary etc. It can be a bit daunting to spend this much on an experience but this is one of those that are really worth it.
